How To Schedule A Tattoo Appointment

Please Read These Booking Instructions Before Reaching Out!

CLOSED JULY 3RD - JULY 17TH FOR VACATION!

Here’s everything you need to know before booking with me. Trust me, reading this now will save us both a lot of time—and help you avoid an email from me politely asking you to reread these instructions.

You must be 18 or older to get tattooed. No exceptions—don’t even ask.

We’re on Providenciales, not Grand Turk. If you’re arriving by cruise ship, please don’t fill out the waiver—we're on a different island.

Shop minimum is $100.

How to Book

All bookings are done through the ‘Tattoo Appointment Request’ button below, and all correspondence happens by email only—no phone calls, no DMs. Each client will fill their own waiver, with their own email address. No group or couple’s waivers. My brain doesn’t retain verbal conversations, so having everything in writing keeps things clear and organized for both of us.

To book, each person will need to fill out the request form completely and properly. The form is long, but it’s asking all the questions I need answers to in order to give you a quote and offer an availability. If all the info is there and you use your own email, I’ll email you with a quote, available dates/times, a deposit link, and instructions for locking in your spot. Deposits are $100 or 40% of the quoted price and are non-refundable/non-transferable. If your preferred date/time isn’t available, I’ll offer you the closest option.

Availability

Plan Ahead! My schedule fills up fast—book at least a month in advance, and Saturdays require 3+ months. I’m available Monday–Friday (11 AM–5 PM) & Saturdays (11 AM–3 PM). Closed Sundays (gotta have a day off!).

Last-minute spots are rare—like a unicorn sighting. The sooner you submit your form (properly filled out with your own email), the better your chances. Submitting a form doesn’t guarantee an appointment—if I’m booked, I won’t be able to respond right away. I will, however, get back to you at some point to thank you for reaching out and hope to see you again in the future!

Each person fills out their own form, with their own email address (No exceptions)

Listen, I appreciate the effort to be efficient with group forms, but I need to hear from you directly—not your best friend, significant other, or cousin. For accuracy (and my sanity), each person getting a tattoo must fill out their own form with their own contact information.

One person (correct contact info) = one form = happy artist. There are important reasons for this rule, so no exceptions!

If you ignore this and assume you’re the exception—you’re not. I’ll happily respond with a sassy, tacky and poorly done list of all the times my website and waiver explicitly state this policy, it’s a lot.

Patience is Key

I tattoo all day, design all night, do all admin, and sometimes, if I’m lucky, spend time with my family. I respond to booking requests when I can, but it might take some time. Your request is important to me, and I want to be able to respond to it properly.

For a last min booking, be sure to follow the instructions so no extra unnecessary back and forth is needed and I will do my best to make it happen if I can.

AND ONE MORE TIME FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE BACK

- 1 FORM PER PERSON, WITH YOUR VERY OWN EMAIL ADDRESS, THANKSSSS

Q & A

Booking Policy

All tattoo deposits are non-refundable or transferable.

For multi-session tattoos, the deposit will be held as payment towards the last session of the tattoo.

Upon paying a deposit you acknowledge that you have reviewed the artist's prior works to decide that the artist can implement your idea to your satisfaction. You understand that creating a tattoo design based on a client's concept is subjective, and that variations may exist between your concept and the finished design. If the finished design is not to your liking, minor changes will be made at the artist's discretion. However, you understand that substantial changes to the design or the request of an entirely new drawing or draft will require a new deposit, and the original deposit will be forfeited as payment for the artist's drawing time.

No Drawings or drafts are emailed or otherwise sent to clients at any point in time. Drawings can be seen in shop. From time to time a secondary consultation will be needed for larger tattoos and will not count towards billable tattoo time.

A deposit will also be forfeited in full in the case of:

  • You change your design entirely.

  • You do not appear for a tattoo appointment.

  • You reschedule an appointment without giving at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • You arrive 20 minutes or more late to a tattoo appointment.

  • You reschedule 3 or more times for any sessions of the same tattoo, regardless of notice.

  • You fail to reschedule a new appointment within 30 days of a cancelled appointment.

  • You arrive to a tattoo appointment under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any narcotics.

  • I arrive for my appointment with self-applied numbing cream on your skin.

  • You lie on the waiver about my legal age or fail to disclose important medical history information that would cause me to be ineligible to be tattooed.

  • Deposits are held indefinitely if appointment was rescheduled properly.

  • You arrive too sunburnt to be tattooed.

DO NOT GET BURNT BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT.

The sun is strong here, and you should be applying sunscreen no matter what, but please pay special attention to the area you would like to get tattooed.
